At Scotland House, we want every event to be a memorable one for you and your guests.

Our high-specification meeting rooms and our fully managed event space for up to 80 guests make Scotland House the perfect venue for breakfast briefings, lunchtime presentations and private parties; you decide the format, and our dedicated in-house team will take care of the rest, right from planning to hosting!

Event Space

Our event space is fitted with a floor to ceiling 9 screen video wall display which can be used for presentations, video viewing or multiple sources at once; a guaranteed way to engage your guests. The hub is also fitted with three wide screen monitors as well as three independent loudspeaker zones that can play screen audio, ambient music, or for use with wireless microphones or lectern mics making the space the perfect setting to customise your desired event experience.

With an in-house music player, lectern with optional microphone, additional hand-held microphones and the capacity for live music performances – Scotland House delivers an unforgettable AV experience.

Our hub not only provides you with a fantastic range of audio-visual options, it has a flexible range of layouts ranging from standing receptions to boardroom, theatre or formal dinner styles.

Whether you’re holding an informal breakfast seminar or something more sophisticated, the hub can be altered to cater to your unique requirements.

Our event space is for members only and is available either in the morning from 07:00 to 08:30 at £250/hr, or in the evening from 18:00 to 20:00 at £300/hr.

Meeting Space

The Shetland and Orkney meeting rooms accommodate up to 4 each and are equipped with wall mounted flat screen displays, which have internal speakers and laptop connection points.

The larger Harris and Lewis rooms accommodate 12 delegates each or up to 26 when combined. Each is equipped with state-of-the-art presentation and conferencing systems.

Our meeting rooms are available for members to hire from 09:00 – 17:00, Mon- Fri.
