This event will showcase the inspiring international partnership between Live Music Now Scotland and PRISMA,a Mexico-based NGO founded by classical guitarist Morgan Symanski. PRISMA, modelled on Live Music Now Scotland,creates life-changing musical opportunities for young people and communities through high-quality performances and artist development. Since its inception, this partnership has enabled a series of artistic exchanges for Scottish musicians,including fiddle player Roo Geddes and violinist Isla Ratcliffe, who have undertaken residencies in rural Mexico, working with children in underserved communities.In return, Mexican artists such as singer-songwriter Lavinia Negrete have performed across Scotland in diverse community settings, from schools to galleries. We are thrilled to welcome Nabani Aguilar, an exceptional Mexican musician, joining Morgan Syzmanski for a special London performance. Guests will also enjoy a showcase of authentic Mexican cuisine kindly provided by Mestizo Mexican Restaurant
